I parked my car here today and checked the price list sign before leaving which shows they do accept visa card- I didn’t know they only accept cash since I was new in this parking lot- When I got back there tonight, the guy who works for the night shift was on the phone and didn’t pay attention to me until he finished his phone call. Then, I passed my card and customer copy to him, he just pointed an A4 size of paper which is written “no cash” on it. I’m a card user and thought I would have to go to bank. Thanks God, I hardly found some cash in my bag and give him little bit over than $7 for less than 12 hours parking. He took it and went back side of parking lot, then said unfamiliar things and made a strange sound with calling me back to dark with his finger. I found that weird and unsafe as a 30-year-old female, for this reason I did not want to go over back to him and kept staying in entrance of parking lot. After a couple of minutes I’ve heard a big noise- probably he did shut my car’s door and came to entrance. He would break my car’s door when he was opening it to get down and I was feeling very uncomfortable during these moments. After he came, I asked him why he called me back and why using the finger instead of talking. First, I was thinking he doesn’t know English but then realized he can make some simple sentences with his Spanish accent. He said that I was trying to find your car but I have a lot of problems and you needed to find it. Also he added something like that: I have two hundred cars here and how can I find yours? I said I have no idea about where is my car and told him you should probably have a section for the cars and asked if he checked or not. I really didn’t understand why but he started murmuring and told me you are a cheap, you and others are cheap something like that as well as telling me don’t come here again and look for another parking lot for yourself, and threatened me with giving a damage to my car if I go over there next time. In this situation I said, are you doing these because I didn’t give you enough tip? Also, I added that I checked your board and thought I would be able to pay by card but I couldn’t and you couldn’t have enough tip? He said, here is my uncle’s parking lot and don’t come back here again. Then, he started smoking and blowing kisses out to me and said bye baby. I think this person has a mental problem or behaved too weird and rude to me I don’t know why. However, whatever the reason is, since I made my payment for the day I parked over there and behaved like a normal customer, he is not allow to be so rude to me like this and tell me do not come back here again. I will make a formal complaint about this person first of all and for this business.

When I told the morning attendant that the evening guy demanded $3 he immediately called his boss from his own cell phone, I mentioned the cigarette hole in the seat, they took my name and number but never called back. Rental company haven't noticed the hole but this place is as safe as the street, especially with such nontrustworthy attendants and no possibility to claim damage.

Cheap indeed, but at 11:42pm the south american attendant said they're full but he'll re-park his personal car and park my car if I give him $3. He was demanding, I was not pleased and hesitant. He reasoned that it is his "coffee money".

Awful.

In the morning I found my rental car's passenger seat burned by a cigarette.

We moved to Hoboken 2 months ago about a stones throw away from this parking lot. Every time we came to the Peking lot the same attendant who mostly speaks Spanish would tell me that the lot was full but when I backed up to leave he would tell me if I tipped him he would park the car. Honestly this didn't bother me.

Shady. Don't park here if you're overnight or on business. Attendants disappear. Tough luck; card system down and had to go find ATM and pay cash.

Will not go back. Unfortunately it's very convenient and we have had over a half dozen guests with cars who will no longer park there either... instead of being so sketchy they could have just been legit and they would make plenty of money off us... hopefully the owner reads this.

I hate when I have no option to park myself. This place demand keeping your car keys and they will drive your car on premise.

The morning attendant was a different guy, he pointed me to a phone number on a sign, my calls got directly to voicemail from my 10 tries to call, I left my phone but no one called back.

I let friends take my two parking spots this weekend and I reluctantly parked my car Friday afternoon at around 6:30pm. Unfortunately I lost my ticket when I was going to pick it up Sunday. I brought my backup key to prove to him it was my car. The same attendant started freaking out telling me how much of a problem it was. he told me about 3 different prices before telling me I had to tip him. I refused and put my cost on my credit card without any problems. He used the backup key to honk the horn to figure out which car was mine. He gave me back the key but he didn't give me the key that I had originally left with them. He proceeddd to ignore my requests to get my original key and told me he left it in the car. 8 searched the car and it wasn't there. I made a scene telling him he needed to find me key... about 10 customers were trying to park their cars and he was clearly overwhelmed. He told many of the customers to leave. Because the place was full... he called another attendant in to find my key... the attendant told me I never left a key... I told him he was wrong and asked him to see the security tapes. They both told me they was going to be a major issue if I had to review the tape... I asked him kindly to look in his office and the key was sittIng on the hook exactly where it was suppose to be.

Decent guys but the short dude on wkend will spin out with your car which is weird. Unfortunately it's the only place left that doesn't charge arm and a leg.
